| Above rates are based on service request for gages to be newly installed and serviced. Travel costs is based upon transportation to and from Greater Cincinnati Airport or Regional Field Service Office. |
| Advance notice of at least two (2) weeks is required for installation and start-up of all new equipment. |
| All requests for field service during warranty period must be accompanied by valid purchase order to cover cost for meals, lodging and transportation. All warranty labor will be determined by field engineer at job site. |
